The trial version is just a bunch of flash cards with no instructions. There is no way to tell if purchasing it will be any better. In short: this app is ghastly. Don't waste your time.

The numbers, or at least many of them, are Chinese and not Korean.
The audio is like a man that sounds like he's from the library and it's not pleasing at all.
Perfect sound quality, good form of studying skills, you should get more words not tht your app doesn't have enough words I just wanna learn more! 😃 good job!
Review of basic vocabulary. Can't make conversation and dialogue.
Waste of my time.
My mom said I could only go to Korea if I knew the lagagitil now I can go!!!!!!!
Pretty neat :P
This is legit ! Try it
137 basic words to practice... FREE! Good stuff!
It seems when romanizing the colors they misspelled the ㅐcharacter as "a" when it is officially romanized as "ae". This can cause confusion for people not familiar with korean hangul or romanization since you hear an "eh" sound and see an "a". I do not know how many other mistakes there are like this, so if you're are going to use this app, you might want to learn Hangul first, to prevent confusion created by misspelled romanizations. Otherwise, this is one of the more useful vocabulary building apps out there. The flashcard construction and quizzes are very nice.
I more like the old version because it has one application that translates a whole paragraph or words to korean to english. It is so much easier before bcos we don't have to go to another app to translate the words.
There wasnt the classic word hello in Korean and that was the only word I wanted to know.
Translate option is handy but the numbers are often wrong but this is a great app get it
Nice app! Thanks!
This is the best app to teach Korean that I have found so far. It is pretty accurate, I have only found one mistake with translation. But overall, it's worth downloading.
I got the free app and was excited but when I started making word lists to study I found i couldn't arrange the words in my own order e.g. If I want to learn numbers I can't study them In order, it's all shuffled up. I will have to search for a more intuitive study tool. Thanks accela study but you need a little more work!
This app was working fine at first, but after I started using it more often it started crashing after only a few seconds of use. Now, everytime I use it it jist crashes. From what I have used of it though, the flashcards are extremely helpful and there are a lot pf study options that can be personalized to your liking.
For a free app this is fairly good though I did notice that they botched the numbers. There are two ways to count in Korean: il, ee, sap, sah, oh; hana, deul, set, net, dahseot. They mixed these. I wouldn't buy the app. There may be more botches.
This free program is nearly worthless if you are just starting out in your study of Korean. It gives no instruction about common greetings.
One of my favorite apps in the app store
Very easy very science good good
I am a man in his mid forties living in Texas, who is very impressed;) Korean is a very wonderful and magical language! Very scientific, and very amusing! It's hard to learn, but very fun. Much more fun than boring Japanese, or difficult Chinese! Now I can spell the words 안녕, 미국, and 가족! They mean hello, USA, and family!!! Am I right?;) This app helped me a lot learning Korean! Thanks Accela Studies! Now I'm going to teach my daughters Korean:)
When the flash card option is anything else but English-Korean, they just hide the meaning and just say 'Korean'!! Anyone can see that all those words don't mean just literal 'Korean'. Please let me use other showing order options too!
This app turned me into a Korean guy. Plz release a fix in next update.
What a good app it is!
I just want to learn how to say hello and other everday conversation phrases like "how are you?" I know I'll eventually need the words but I wouldn't consider these essentials.
I'm korean and this helps a lot. Ther are just mistakes on the numbers. Other than that it's a great app. I totally recomend this.
Flashcards give you random vocabulary words, in no particular order. And the app teaches you only or way to say the korean numbers, when there are two ways. I wouldn't recommend it...
Million(십억), billion(일조) and zero(duh!!!노란색?!).
In Korean there are two words sometimes more for each number and they have mixed them here. Otherwise this app is ok
I'm Korean.
